Medical Specialization Fully Paid Scholarship Programme Application Criteria:

1. Must be a Maldivian National. 
2. Academic requirements (Specific Field) must be within the national skills shortage area. 
3. The University that offers the study programme must be within (Malaysia, Thailand, Nepal, Bangladesh, India, and Sri Lanka) 
4. Field of Education: Medicine. 
5. Applicants must pass the selection interview. 
6. Scholarship Level – Masters (Specialization) 
7. The study programme should not be an on-going programme or must not have commenced at the time of application for scholarship. 
8. The applicant should not be on paid leave, or any other scholarship. 
9. Must have obtained a letter confirming the university placement. 
10. A minimum of 2 years of service in a hospital in the Maldives is required after graduating with an MBBS degree. 

Documents Required : 

1. National ID Card / Passport Copies 
2. Placement letter 
3. Fee Structure of the course 
4. Details of any payments to the University. 
5. Copies of the certificates and transcripts of previous qualifications 
6. Work Experience letter. 
7. Recommendation letter by any Governmental / Non-governmental organizations. 
8. A letter from the last employer (or notice of termination) confirming whether the applicant will be on paid or unpaid leave.
